Hot and spicy foods increase your metabolism

It is a proven fact that hot and spicy foods can increase your metabolism. This is because they accelerate the body’s thermal rate thus giving a boost to the fat burning process.

  1. but wouldnt that also mean that you put a lot of stress and pressure on liver and kidneys? due to proccesing extra spice and wstomach linning?... i guess. it does help but with certain drawback .. heheh

  4. My metabolism must be really crappy then. I use hot sauce, grow jalapenos, red peppers and use them all on all my dinners. But may explain why I don't gain weight too :)
