Cold temperatures are better than warm

The body needs to burn more energy when in cold temperatures to keep the body warm and at normal temperature levels. This has a positive impact in the overall fat burning process. It may not be the most efficient way to lose weight but it is a factor that helps.

  2. Heh, I do fitness on my blog as well. This is true, although the calories being burnt away from being in the cold will make you more hungry than you would normally be, so you'd have to watch out for that too.
