A lot of people have the tendency to snack when watching TV at night. This is not a good choice because the calories consumed are more difficult to burn since there is minimum body activity at night. A nice trick is to brush your teeth after dinner so that you lose the desire for snacks. You can also make it a habit to drink a glass of water after dinner to keep your stomach full.

ReplyDeletei have been trying to drink fiber suplemnet at night, lynasa, dunno if it translates the same, it kinda flulffs your stomach keeping you "full" and by mornin well it works to give you nice bowel movements :D basically fiber in a glass XD
